Windmill Taverns Group was founded by brothers John and Ryan McElhinney and their father Jack in 1998.

Since then the brothers have opened a number of traditional and contemporary pubs and bars in and around South London.

Three of our sites run Thai kitchens and we offer a wide range of wines and beers to compliment their menus.

Jack’s Bar & Cocktail School offers a selection of “British Tapas Boards” with a fusion twist and also created the fabulous Jack’s Deluxe Burger which must be tried to be believed!

We are a family run business that strongly believes in forging close links with other businesses in the Waterloo & Southwark areas. The Head Office team are always out & about in the area looking at new & exciting innovations for their sites.

Our managers and bar staff are trained to the highest quality and we specialise in building the business through excellent service with a personal touch.

The majority of our management team has been promoted from within the group giving them a great passion & working knowledge for the company and the sites they are responsible for.

We have now launched a new menu at The Ring along with some new seasonal specials at Jack’s & The Windmill
