Our next support posts highlights one of our favourite a breweries, Southwark.
Having brewed for over 30 years, founder Peter Jackson searched for a location to set up a microbrewery and settled in Southwark. With the support of friends Andy Nichol and Sean Franklin the brewery has gone from strength to strength
Since its inception the brewery has growth a great deal having recently gone from 3 fermenting vessels to 6. They have now brewed over 100 different beers and have plenty more to come!
